Yesterday, we learned more about our friend, Maggie.  She likes to go to the beach; her favorite color is pink; and she likes to eat strawberry cake!  Thanks for sharing your photos and favorite things with us, Maggie!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMYA!

Today we helped Amya celebrate her birthday.  Amya's dad read the story, Dora and the Birthday Wish.  Then we enjoyed ice cream cake for snack.  Happy Birthday, Amya!

Station Rotations

This week's Station Rotations include.....

....making caterpillar patterns.

 ....using cereal and pasta noodles to represent the different stages of the butterfly life cycle.

 ...activities from our classroom library, including retelling the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar on the flannel board.

During today's station rotations, the group working at the art center created butterflies for our butterfly garden.  Our butterfly garden will officially be open for play on Monday!
